Things have gone very well, and I specifically wanted to comment on how phenomenal working with Gary has been. I’m sure he may have mentioned the fact that over here at Galen we have a million other huge things happening right now, so trying to manage the phone system migration around all of that, especially with how small my department is, has been extremely stressful.

However, Gary has made this whole process so much smoother for me. I feel comfortable working and communicating with him, and I feel confident that he is there when I really need him. Gary has really managed to make me feel like I am actually capable and intelligent while working in this system, without making me feel like I am *expected* to know how to do things, and so I don’t feel dumb when I ask him questions or for his input on things.

Even secondhand, people have been telling me “so and so was talking about how wonderful the new phone system is” or “I was talking to the site manager over at xyz and they were saying how much better they have been able to handle the calls” etc… I have had many compliments on the system itself, but also on Gary, and in this case I would like to throw in that Paul has worked very well with our users when he has come out to assist us, and has been really good at easing their anxiety at some of the go-lives. Before we had a lot of sites that were dreading switching to the new phone system, because… again, change is always hard… but, now it seems like everyone is coming up and asking if they can be next. Zultys has a great product. At this point, I honestly have no real complaints I can think of and feel extremely confident in choosing to work with Signal Voice and Zultys.
