Henry and Gary, I wanted to thank you all for the outstanding effort Paul made yesterday in helping us fix our Internet service. The cable running from our EPB service to our equipment was cut in an renovation effort, and the Chattanooga office was completely down for Internet and Phones. I called Gary, and he was able to get Paul to our site within 30 minutes.
Paul not only responded quickly, but went above and beyond, by not only identifying the issue, but providing a quick resolution by connecting the EPB service to our equipment with a working cable
I am very encouraged by the effort made by Paul and Signal to serve us not only in the area of our phones, but being willing to help no matter what it takes.
